We are excited to get our educational resources into your hands! Here is everything you need to know about how we prepare and ship your orders at Baon & Co.
 

1. Order Processing Time

Before your package hits the road, we need a moment to pack it with love.

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Processing: Please allow 24 hours for us to process and pack your order before it is handed over to our delivery partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

📍 Within Abuja (Local Delivery)

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed and paid for before 1:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) will be delivered the same day.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

  • Sundays: We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

🚛 Outside Abuja (Nationwide Delivery)

  • Timeline: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to Lagos, Port Harcourt, and other states after your order has been confirmed.

  • Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or outskirts areas may take an additional 1-2 days depending on the logistics route.

3. Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer

To ensure your products reach you, we partner with trusted third-party logistics companies.

  • Our Commitment: We work closely with these partners to ensure they meet our delivery standards and timelines.

  • Potential Delays: While we strive for perfection, please note that shipping delays caused by the courier company (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, interstate traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues) are outside our direct control.

  • We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to communicate with the courier on your behalf to resolve any delays quickly.

4. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number!

  • Phone Availability: Our riders will call you upon arrival. If you are unreachable after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our hub.

  • Re-Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

5. Pickup Option (Abuja Only)

Prefer to pick it up yourself?

  • You can select "Pickup" at checkout.

  • Pickup Location: [Insert Address or "Details sent via WhatsApp upon confirmation"].

  • Pickup Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Returns & Refunds

At Baon & Co., our mission is to make learning fun and impactful for your little ones. We put a lot of love into creating and packing our resources, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes things happen. Here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (e.g., shrink wrap on flashcards must be intact, science kits unopened).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (your Order Number).

2. Damaged or Defective Items (The Baon Promise)

If you receive a defective item or if your order was damaged during shipping, please accept our apologies! We will make it right immediately.

  • Please snap a photo of the damaged item and email us at hello@baonandco.com or message us on WhatsApp at +2348085406423 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost, or offer a full refund if the item is out of stock.

 

3. "Change of Mind" Returns

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong age group:

  • We are happy to offer an exchange or Store Credit (valid for 6 months).

  • Important: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the delivery cost to return the item to our Abuja or Lagos hub.

  • The Process: We cannot process the exchange or credit until we have received the item back from you. Once it arrives at our hub, our team will inspect it to ensure it is unopened and in resaleable condition.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Digital Products: E-books, downloadable guides, or printables.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale.

  • Opened Science Kits: For safety reasons, kits with broken seals cannot be restocked.

 

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only processed after we have received and inspected your return.

  • Timeline: Once we confirm the item is in good condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 working days.

  • Method: For Bank Transfers, we will transfer funds back to your provided account. For Cards, the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@baonandco.com or WhatsApp +2348085406423 with the subject line:

"Return - Order #[Order Number]".

Community Subscription Terms

Terms & Conditions for Baon & Co. Community:

  • Eligibility: By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • The Welcome Offer: The 5% discount code is valid for first-time subscribers only. It is applicable to full-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotional codes, bundles, or site-wide sales unless explicitly stated.

  • Usage: The discount code is limited to one use per customer and must be applied at the time of checkout. We cannot apply discounts retroactively.

  • Content: By joining, you agree to receive periodic emails regarding new arrivals, parenting resources, and community updates. You can opt-out at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.

Privacy Policy
