Within Abuja: Same-day delivery is available for others placed before 1 pm after 1 pm the orders are delivered the next day. We do not deliver on Sundays therefore orders placed on Sundays are delivered the next day.

Outside Abuja: Delivery for orders outside Abuja is within 3-5 working days after the orders are confirmed.

Once others are placed there are no refunds or returns unless the following situations occur

• If the product delivered is different from the product ordered then the product can be returned and the correct product sent to the customer. For example, if the customer orders the Alphabet Flashcard and receives the Animal Flashcard the Animal Flashcard can be returned to us and the Alphabet Flashcard resent to the customer.
